Our 11th Annual Fine Arts Competition is TOMORROW, February 9th, at 12:30 p.m. This will be a normal school day for NBCS students, but parents are invited to come at 12:30 to view the performances and art gallery.

DRESS CODE
Please note that we ask all 1st-8th students who are performing to wear a button-up, light-colored, solid top, and dark-colored dress pants, skirt, or dress. All dresses and skirts should be worn to the middle of the knee. We also ask that all boys wear a tie, if they have one.

AWARDS CEREMONY
Our Fine Arts Award Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, February 14th, at 8:40 a.m. in the sanctuary. All are invited to attend this time!

We are looking forward to a wonderful event!

Parents, as a reminder, all Kindergarten-8th grade students will be dismissed at noon next Thursday. Pre-K will be dismissed at 11:30 as normal. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held from 2:00-7:00 that afternoon.

Also, mark your calendars for our no-school day on Monday, February 19! We hope everyone enjoys their 3-day weekend!

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held next Thursday, February 15, from 2:00-7:00 p.m. Parents, please check your email if you are unsure of your conference time! As a reminder, conferences are scheduled for every 15 minutes so please be prompt for your time slot. Thank you!

Our Kindergarten-8th grade students are excited to visit Kauffman Museum in Newton next Friday, February 16th. We will leave for the museum after drop-off that morning and will return by 11:30 a.m.

Parents, if you have any questions regarding this field trip, please email the school office or ask your teacher! Many teachers may be contacting you with class-specific instructions.
