NBCS Memo - December 11

Friday will be an exciting day at NBCS! It is the last day of the semester AND we will be celebrating Christmas with class parties! Feel free to dress in your best red and green Christmas colors!

***We have openings for the Spring 2021 semester!***

To apply, visit our website by clicking here. You may also call 316-283-1337 or email nbcs@newtonbible.org for more information. We would love to talk with you about NBCS or schedule your school visit!

With our Kansas Day celebration, Fine Arts Competition, Open House, Spring Showcase, and Sports Day all coming this next semester, we would be thrilled to have new faces join in the fun! Do you know anyone who is interested in Christian education for their children?

If you are a current NBCS family, please share our Facebook posts with your family and friends. Help us spread the word about NBCS!

Teacher Gifts
As we approach Christmas, you may wish to show teachers your appreciation for all that they do. For gift ideas, please click here to download a copy of our Teachers' Favorite Things Forms.
Thank you!
We are once again humbled and thankful for how God has provided for the ministry of NBCS by using His willing servants. Thank you to the many generous donors who gave to our school over the past few weeks. We are specifically aware of the many who gave toward our Educational Grant fund. Because of their generosity, we are able to once again assist families in sending their students to NBCS. God is good to provide for our families through other families who have been impacted by the ministry of NBCS.

If you still wish to give toward the ministry of NBCS, there is always a need in our Educational Grant. We would love to be able to support more families who desire to send their kids to NBCS!
Health Guidelines Update
Thank you for continuing to work with us to prevent the spread of sickness among our students and staff. We praise God for the good health we have enjoyed. In order for this to continue, there are a few changes we would like to ask you to make between Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.

If you come to eat lunch with your child, we would be happy to set up an extra table for you, or we would ask that you place yourself a distance away from your child's classmates.

If someone in your immediate family most likely has Covid-19 and is being tested, we would like you to consider having your child attend school remotely until the test results come back, even if they are not showing symptoms. A student who has been exposed to Covid-19 should remain off campus until their quarantine time ends. All of our teachers are prepared to keep students advancing using Zoom if necessary. Thank you!
