As a reminder, there is NO SCHOOL tomorrow, October 29th! Enjoy your 3-day weekend!

NEXT Wednesday, November 3rd, is our Student Picture Day! Remind your students to come dressed in their best and ready to smile for the camera!

We are excited about our all-school fall program on Thursday, November 11th!

Here are a few reminders regarding that evening:

Bring Snacks - Following the program, light refreshments will be served in the gym. Families with a last name beginning in A-M, please bring a salty/healthy snack to share, and O-Z families please bring a sweet snack.

Arrive Early - 1st-8th grade students must arrive at 6:30 p.m. They may assemble in the Music Room. Pre-K and Kindergarten students should gather in their classrooms at 6:45.

Wear Costume - 1st-2nd graders will need to dress up as leopards and 3rd-4th graders will need to dress as cheetahs. Students who have a designated character role should plan to dress as their character. If students (or parents) have any questions regarding their assigned roles and costumes, please see Mrs. Zuercher.

Offering - During the program, we will receive an offering. These gifts will go toward future classroom remodel and supply projects.

Moms, plan to join Mrs. Regier on Tuesday, November 9th, at 3:00 p.m. for a time of prayer and fellowship!

All moms are welcome to join and pray for our school. If you have young children, please bring them as well! They will play while the moms share and pray together.

REMINDER for NBCS Parents!

Parents, as a reminder, we recommend that you keep students home who show any signs of illness. Please monitor your child closely for symptoms of illness (sore throat, fever, cough, headache, etc.). Please keep children who have had a fever home until they have been fever and symptom free for 48 hours.

Let's work together to keep sickness from spreading among our students and staff!

November Calendar

NBCS Families, we are less than a month away from our beloved Grandparents' Day! We are thrilled to once again welcome our grandparents (or adopted grandparents!) into our school and classrooms.

Please mark your calendars and invite your grandparents. Grandparent activities will begin at 9:00 a.m. on November 19th and will end at noon. Students will also be dismissed at noon that day!

Mark your calendars for our Gratitude Day on Wednesday, November 17. All students (and staff!) are invited to dress as Pilgrims and Indians!
