This next Friday, November 22, is our last day of classes before Thanksgiving Break! To celebrate, students are invited to come dressed as Pilgrims or Indians and we will partake in a Thanksgiving feast together!
Mrs. Adams has graciously offered to prepare the feast for all our students and staff again this year! Moms, we still need your help in providing a few things for this meal! Please click here to volunteer to bring these items. Thank you!
***Attention: Parents of Half-Day Students***
To give them time to eat their Thanksgiving feast, half-day students will be dismissed at NOON on Friday!

As our annual NBCS Christmas giving project, we are excited to partner with Hope Women's Center to bless families in our community!
This Monday, November 18, is your last day to bring your gift or donation to the school office! We will deliver the presents to Hope Women's Center by November 19. If you write a check, please make it out to "Hope Women's Center." Thank you! |

| Parents, as a reminder, if you choose to park at dismissal time, instead of using the carline, please walk up to the sidewalk to pick-up your student(s). We don't want students walking alone through the line of cars to get to you! |

Parents, please check your email for a link to our Educational Grant application for the second semester. The School Board is asking for applications for financial aid to be turned in by this Tuesday, November 19.
You may send applications to nbcs@newtonbible.org or drop them off at the school office. If you would like to donate money in order to be a help to others, that would be a great blessing!

Thursday, December 12th, will be a special day at NBCS! We will host our grandparents from 9:30-12:00, dismiss from school at noon, and then return at 7:00 p.m. for our school program!
Plan to join us for this year's performance of "The Widow's Might." Our Jr. High students have been working hard on this drama, and our 1st-8th students will provide the music for the evening. We are looking forward to this time together! |
