Annual Eagle 5K

NEXT Saturday, May 8, at 9:00 a.m.
Athletic Park, Newton, KS

Registration begins at 8:00!  The sign-in tables will be located just north of the tennis courts.

Our annual Eagle 5K Fun Run/Walk event is this next Saturday!  Please see below for a few reminders concerning this fun, family-friendly event.

1. Register to Run/Walk - It is not too late to register for the race!  Contact the school office as soon as possible by calling 316-283-1337 or emailing Carissa at nbcs@newtonbible.org.

2. Ask Sponsors - Students have a few more days to raise their support!  Please have all donations into the office by this Thursday, May 6th!

3. Volunteer - There is still a need for volunteers to bring bananas, cookies, donuts, or gatorade, as well as a couple more people to serve as race watchers.  If you would like to help, please email Carissa at nbcs@newtonbible.org.

Parents, please mark your calendars! Sports Day will now be held on Thursday, May 13th, at Newton High School track. However, we are excited because this enables us to take an All-School field trip to the Sedgwick County Zoo!

Students brought home Zoo Field Trip forms this past week. Please return these forms and payment to the school office by this Wednesday, May 5th.

Our NBCS Graduation will be held on Tuesday, May 18, at 7:00 p.m. Mark your calendars and plan to join us as we celebrate God's work in the lives of our Kindergarten and 8th grade students!

The NBCS Band will perform that evening, and a light dessert reception will follow in the gym. We look forward to a time of celebration and fellowship with one another!
