In 2009, Marisa Foster began teaching at Newton Bible Christian School. After attending NBCS as a student, she felt privileged to return to this ministry as the 3rd and 4th grade teacher. Currently, she serves as our kindergarten teacher.
Marisa graduated from Tabor College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Her decision to pursue education was a result of her parents’ influence. Both of her parents were teachers for over 30 years and instilled this same passion in their daughter. Mrs. Foster feels blessed to partner with families as they seek to help their children grow socially, academically, and spiritually.
Marisa and her husband Drake have two boys and enjoy serving at church together, going on runs as a family, gardening, and trying new coffee shops.
